These terms govern your use of nestpropertiesbd.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Nest Properties BD is an online platform that lets owners, agents and developers advertise properties and lets visitors search and contact them. We are not a party to any sale, rental or other agreement between users, and we do not act as a broker unless we say so in writing.

You must use the site lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You may not scrape or copy listings in bulk, interfere with the site's operation, attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use, or send unsolicited promotional messages to other users.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, including price, size, location, photos and availability. You confirm that you have the right to list the property and to use every photo and text you upload. Our Listing Guidelines form part of these terms.

We may review, edit for clarity, decline, suspend or remove any listing or content that breaks these terms, is inaccurate or misleading, or that we reasonably believe could cause harm.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, store and promote it on the site and in our marketing for as long as the listing is active.

Basic listing is free unless we state otherwise. Advertising packages are charged at the price agreed in writing with you before the campaign begins.

Paid packages are ordered from your account. You pay outside the site (for example by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer) and send us the transaction reference. A package starts only after our team confirms the payment, and it runs for the period shown in the package. If we cannot confirm a payment, the order is not started.

Information on the site, including blog articles and calculators, is general. It is not legal, financial or investment advice. Verify ownership, approvals and prices independently before you pay.

We provide the site "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on a listing, from dealings between users, or from interruptions to the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You may stop using the site at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over disputes, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
