Listing Guidelines

Good listings help buyers and renters decide quickly. Please follow these guidelines when you post a property.
Be accurate
State the real price, size, floor, location and availability. Do not list a property that is already sold or rented.
Use your own photos
Upload clear, recent photos of the actual property. Do not use images that belong to someone else, and do not add watermarks that advertise another site.
One listing per property
Post each property once. Duplicate listings may be merged or removed.
Write a useful description
Mention bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, facing, service charge, handover date and nearby landmarks. Avoid all-capital text and unrelated keywords.
Not allowed
Listings that are fraudulent or misleading, that discriminate unlawfully, that ask for payment before a viewing without a written agreement, or that promote anything other than a real property.
Review and removal
Our team reviews every submission. We may edit for clarity, ask for more information, or decline a listing. You can ask us to remove your listing at any time.
